This website has no online enquiry form or user account. Telephone and email links open the communication application on your device. Information you choose to send is handled through that communication channel.
Please limit an initial enquiry to contact details and a general description of the matter. For questions about information sent to WALSON, contact the team through the details on our contact page.
To understand website usage, we aggregate page views by date, page and language. This counter does not use tracking cookies or store IP addresses, visitor identifiers or search terms.
We aggregate brand video plays by date. A play count is not a count of unique people.
For video-play deduplication, we use a random first-party cookie valid for 30 minutes and a short-lived server-side digest. These are used only to avoid repeated counting, not to identify you. We do not record IP addresses or browser fingerprints for this purpose. Repeated playback of the same video in the same browser counts once within 30 minutes.
