Khampha is an experienced member of the Lao Bar Association with recognised expertise in foreign investment in Laos. He serves as Legal Manager of the Lao Legal Department in WALSON's Laos office.
He has extensive experience in legal and tax advisory work, compliance and due diligence across solar power, mining, infrastructure and general commercial matters.
His representative experience includes concession projects for a 50 MW solar power plant in Vientiane and a 500 MW solar power plant in Oudomxay. He contributed to the first edition of the Practical Guide to Foreign Investment Law in Laos, published by Law Press China in 2022, and to the second edition, which is under revision.
