Li Zhe is based in Laos and previously worked on tax matters at an international law firm in the United Kingdom. Her work focuses on energy and finance, including acquisitions and due diligence across the minerals value chain, energy projects and ongoing legal consulting for businesses.
Li Zhe contributed to the second edition of the Practical Guide to Foreign Investment Law in Laos, which is under revision.
