Wang Jinyuan is a Chinese lawyer based in Laos. He focuses on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and has experience in the establishment, structuring and restructuring of Lao business entities. He is closely involved in due diligence and transaction documentation for greenfield investments and M&A transactions, and regularly advises on corporate, employment, regulatory and governance matters.
Wang Jinyuan has led the team's recent investment and M&A transactions in the real estate, insurance, mining and energy sectors.
His representative experience includes negotiating and revising industrial park concession agreements, and arbitration and enforcement in sales-contract disputes involving Chinese-invested enterprises. He contributed to the second edition of the Practical Guide to Foreign Investment Law in Laos, which is under revision.
