Zhou Wenchao is based in Laos and advises Chinese central and other state-owned enterprises, listed companies and investors on corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on foreign direct investment. She works with the energy project development and financing team, advising developers and lenders on a range of cross-border power projects.
Zhou Wenchao regularly advises on regulatory compliance and governance. She contributed to the second edition of the Practical Guide to Foreign Investment Law in Laos, which is under revision.
